Raising the brand profile of Infosec at Allianz

We were briefed by the Information Security Team within Allianz to create a brand profile and visual identity for the team. They felt that they were relatively unknown across the organisation, and a clear visual identity would raise their profile amongst colleagues and position them as the human, approachable and helpful team that they are.

The visual identity needed to do the following:

  • Bring a wider awareness to the function and show that they are a team of enablers rather than barriers
  • Show how the team works across the entire business
  • Encourage further engagement and conversations between the team and other areas of the business.

Our approach

We identified three key target audiences as part of the initial briefing call, and worked closely with the team to define a clearly articulated positioning statement that would summarise the team’s purpose and role within Allianz. This meant they had a consistent narrative to use when talking to their colleagues.

We then designed a creative concept for the Information Security team that was bold and stood out, but didn’t set them apart from the rest of the business. We also came up with some headlines that made the campaign feel human and friendly.

Once the creative concept had been set, we rolled this out across the following assets for the team to use:

  • Email signature banners
  • Email header banners
  • MS Teams or WebEx backgrounds
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Team PDFs/Newsletters
  • Across the team intranet page
  • Delivered a launch email to the team
