Our approach
Our creative approach was to show the energy, enthusiasm and excitement coursing through the different LV= GI offices and to let candidates see themselves as part of the picture. Producing successful recruitment marketing films is all about getting the right people involved. We worked with team leaders to select those who were not only passionate and who personified LV= GI, but could also bring LV= GI to life in front of a camera.
We had just two weeks to plan and one day to shoot in each location, so we created extensive briefing packs for participants to make the most of the time we had with them.
Our solution
Our solution was to create films that followed a similar format, but that all had one thing in common; the passion that staff had for their roles and their customers.

The results
The videos now feature on the careers website as well as Launchpad. Recruitment teams are now receiving on average 20% fewer questions on life at LV= GI because candidates have a better understanding of the role and working environment.
