When Saga needed to bring their colleagues together to celebrate their achievements, they approached us for help.
We’ve been working with the over-50s insurance and travel company for nearly two years now. Our task is simple – to engage their employees to make sure each and every one of them feels valued.
We’ve supported them with everything from values articulation to tone of voice workshops, from employee events to wellbeing programmes.
Saga asked us to help them host a series of employee events to bring their people together. So first we sought to understand what Saga hoped to achieve from each event. Would they be in-person or online? How many people would attend? How do we deliver the exceptional experience that their employees have come to expect?
We then planned each event meticulously, often working with our partners at AnnSquared.
Festive Finale Workplace Event
The virtual event was really well received by Saga employees with comments flooding in on Workplace – direct feedback such as “What a workplace SAGA is – now I know why people literally never leave!” show the feelings of pride and value we set out to achieve.
